So I fell in love with this charming house in historic Winter Garden. Built in the '40's, I knew I'd have to tweak a few things. Thank God I had Andy as my real estate agent! From the very beginning, Andy made sure I understood what work was being done and my options for each decision. His advice on contractors, picking which thing to fix first, and ideas for the house are backed by years of experience and knowledge. I have no doubt that the work done on my house was done better because Andy represented me!
Very interested in finding exactly what we were searching for. Would do business with him again for sure! This was the first house we purchased (we have purchased over 16 houses over the years), which we only viewed about an hour before closing. Andy had visited the house with the previous owners, and not only took pictures for us, but he also did a "real-time" video and allowed us to ask any questions while he was doing this.
